La peinture, une combinaison de dessins et de couleurs, se matérialise pour moi de façon spontanée et expressive. Mes toiles se forment par l’accumulation de couleurs lavées, de lignes aux crayons fusains et pastels, qui s’emmêlent dans une composition inspirée de récifs coralliens. L’étalage de matières est à la fois l’essence de la technique et l’origine du sujet choisi, le corail.
Painting, to draw lines and to apply colors, becomes a spontaneous way to express myself. The images I create take form by the layering of washed colors, lines of charcoal and pastels. The composition is inspired from coral reef. The accumulation is a working technique as much as a reference to the chosen subject, the coral.
